We explain you how you can get to / from Alicante Airport (ALC) and the Renfe Alicante Train Station

  • Make your hotel booking for 7 nights stay or more * through our official website.
  • Once your accommodation booking has been confirmed, fill out the form below with your booking reference number in order to complete the transfer reservation.
  • It is required to fill out the form to book the transfer at least 72 hours before departure and get the confirmation.
  • The transfer reservation must necessarily coincide with the arrival and departure dates of your stay at the hotel.
  • We summarize the conditions of the EXPRESS CONNECT SHUTTLE transfer from Beniconnect.
  • The transfer is made from and to Alicante airport (ALC) or from and to Alicante train station (RENFE).
  • Available 7 days a week throughout the year (**)
  • From November 1st to March 31st, we offer this service for flights that depart or enter between 8:00 am and 10:00 pm.
  • From April 1st to October 31st, for flights that arrive or depart between 08:00 am and 11:59 pm.
  • The maximum waiting time at the airport is between 30-45 minutes (on arrival). There is a maximum of 4 to 6 stops, on both departures and arrivals.
  • The free transfer allows you to carry one suitcase per person and hand luggage. If you add extra luggage to your booking, you have to pay the amount of the rate of Beniconnect transfer to your arrival and departure.

  • The Beniconnect Company offers the transfer service; therefore, the Hotel Marina Benidorm is not responsible for any external issues (delay / cancellation / other reasons)
  • (*) If your stay with us is less than 7 nights and you would like to hire the transfer service, you can do it through our official website, accessing the Beniconnect website. You will have to pay the price of the service. The transfer dates will necessarily have to coincide with the arrival and departure dates of your reservation at the hotel.
  • (**) The transfer service will be inactive on December 25th, Christmas Day. We are sorry for any inconveniences that this may cause.
