Transfers

For the convenience of our guests, we offer transfer services to and from Alicante Airport (ALC) and Renfe Alicante Train Station. Here’s how to hire it:

  • Book your stay at the hotel for 7 nights or more* through our official website
  • Once the reservation is confirmed, fill out the form below with your locator number to complete the transfer reservation.
  • To book your transfer, you must complete the form at least 72 hours prior to departure and ensure you receive confirmation.
  • The transfer reservation has to coincide with the check-in and check-out dates of your stay at the hotel.
  • Here's a summary of the conditions of the Beniconnect EXPRESS CONNECT SHUTTLE transfer.
  • Transfers are made from Alicante Airport (ALC) or from Alicante train station (RENFE).
  • Available 7 days a week all year round (**)
  • From 1 November to 31 March, we offer the service for flights that depart or arrive between 08:00 and 22:00.
  • Until further notice, the transfer schedule to the hotel will only be operational for flights arriving and departing at Alicante Airport between 08:30 and 21:30.
  • The maximum waiting time at the airport is between 30-45 minutes (on arrival). There is a maximum of between 4 and 6 stops, both for departures and arrivals.
  • The free transfer includes one suitcase per person and hand luggage. If you add extra luggage to your booking, you will have to pay the fee for this service to Beniconnect upon your arrival and departure.

The transfer service is offered through the Beniconnect company, therefore, the Marina Resort Benidorm is not responsible for any external incident (delay/cancellation/other reasons)

(*) If your stay with us is less than 7 nights long and you want to hire the transfer service, you can do so through our website, by accessing the official Beniconnect website. You will have to pay the cost of the service. Your transfer dates must coincide with your arrival and departure dates at the hotel.

(**) The shuttle service will be inoperative on December 25, Christmas Day. Sorry for the inconvenience.
